Your Booking Guide ~ It Couldn't Be Easier!

Booking your wedding car couldn’t be easier.

You have already made the first step by viewing our website, have a browse of the pages, read the articles, look at the gallery pictures, see the car details and make your choice based on the article recommendations.

If you are happy to go ahead with your choice, you may contact us by either email, phone or post to establish if your chosen car is available and for a personal quotation for your particular requirements. Securing your car early will avoid disappointment later on.

If you choose to book with us, you may download a booking form or we can email it, fax it, post it or you may telephone us during or outside working hours. We have tried to keep it simple to fill in, when completed, return it to us by email and paying the deposit direct by debit, credit card or bank transfer online or by phone.

How to complete the online order process:

First, you need to open a free account with moneybookers.com, and fund your account with your order total for the booking you are ordering from us. You can do so via credit/debit card or domestic bank transfer in 30+ countries. Next, transfer the payment via moneybookers.com to our email account: graham.beevis@talktalk.net. Moneybookers.com will charge a small transfer fee. We will then verify your payment and confirm your booking. Registration is simple – Your moneybookers.com account can be ready in just a few minutes.

Alternatively, returning the booking form by post with a cheque deposit or in person at our address.

If you would like more personal attention you may visit us to discuss the procedure in more detail, have your questions answered and view the cars in our show garage. The booking can then be completed and deposit paid at that time. You will receive by return, receipt of payment & confirmation of your booking requirements. The balance will be due 2 months before your wedding. We will also agree to hold the car for 7 days, from the date of notification that you wish to book a car, to receive your deposit and completed booking form.

We will contact you about 6-8 weeks before your big day to check the final arrangements and at that point you can pay your balance.
