Our Traditional Wedding Car Service includes:
The Wedding cars basic price includes a uniformed chauffeur, the car decorated with fresh flowers and wedding ribbons co-ordinated to your colour choice. The service includes the collection of the Bride or Bridesmaids, one journey to the service, the waiting period for the service and photographs, and one journey from the service to the reception. We rehearse each wedding route approximately one week beforehand to check for potential delays or problems, and guide you on how long to allow for the journey and when to be ready. We guarantee your car will only be used for your wedding on that day, so you are free to take as much time and as many photographs as you wish.
Our Alternative Wedding Car Service for single venue Weddings includes:
The Wedding cars basic price includes a uniformed chauffeur, the car decorated with fresh flowers and wedding ribbons co-ordinated to your colour choice. The service includes the collection of the Bride from the venue and taken on a short drive, returning for the " arrival " photograph shoot/videographer before the service. To include the waiting period for the service and photographs, then the Bride & Groom taken on a 15 minute countryside drive with a chilled glass of champagne to allow a private moment together before returning to their guests. We guarantee your car will only be used for your wedding on that day, so you are free to take as much time and as many photographs as you wish.
Get your Groom to the service:
Have your groom chauffeur driven in a special wedding car, better still make use of your wedding car to get him to the service on time before the car returns to collect you for your journey to the ceremony. It is well thought out, special to the groom and in custom on your special day, the usual cuff links and crazy groom socks have all been done before, this gift will be special and most memorable.

Matching colour cars for the Bride & Bridesmaids.
For bookings of two or more cars, a discount will be given.
We offer to deduct 15% for 1 car journey to the service only with no waiting.
We offer to deduct 15% for 1 car journey from service to reception only.
We can offer open air journeys with the Bentley Continental and Daimler Landaulette 6 seat Limousine.
We can offer to drive to a local park or other photo location for an additional 10%.
We offer to take guests on test rides of the Aston Martin DB7 and Jaguar 'E' type at the reception.

A Day in the Life of Your Wedding Car - click here
Points to consider when choosing a wedding car.
Time of Year - the weather could affect the type of car you can use to arrive comfortably at your wedding. Please contact us for advice.
How many people can travel in the car? - Generally three to four adults would be the maximum for a saloon car, or up to seven adults in our British Classic Daimler DS420 Limousines. Please inform us if children will be travelling. We cannot take children under 3 years old in the classic cars, and children over 3 years old can only travel in the modern cars if you provide the appropriate child seat.
What car colour is best? - If you are having photographs taken with the vehicle, consider colour coordination, darker colour cars bring out the best in white or ivory dresses. Would you like colour matching Bride and Bridesmaids cars?
Distance you are travelling - Please consider the distance you are intending on travelling from home to the church, or venue and onto your reception if you intend on hiring one car for the Bride & Bridesmaids.
Wedding Car accessories - All our cars carry at least one umbrella and of course a caring chauffeur to reassure the Bride if she is nervous. All our wedding vehicles are decorated with a traditional V ribbon in Ivory or White, and if you have a specific ribbon colour we will accommodate these needs. We also have front grill arrangements and bows if required. We will decorate the rear parcel shelf with our arrangement of fresh or silk flowers to your colour requirements. The Sports cars, convertible/tourer or Landaulette do not have a parcel shelf for flowers.
Wedding Car Extras - We can also supply champagne service. Extra charges apply, details on request.
What affects the cost? - Every wedding and Special Occasion is unique, we advise that you contact us to discuss your transport requirements, or complete our on line enquiry form. .Extra costs may apply should your chosen venue be a considerable distance or you require additional trips to and from the venue or church.
Will I be charged VAT? - We do not charge VAT.
Can I pay by credit or debit card? - We accept payment by cheque, cash or a direct bank transfer of funds. Bookings may be made online using Paypal for credit card payments.
Which counties do you serve? - Kent, Surrey, London, West Sussex & East Sussex, some wedding cars will operate across other counties in addition to the areas listed.
How long do we have the wedding car for? - Prices include attendance of 4 to 5 hours dependent on the type of vehicle and generally a mileage rate of 50 miles for the hire period. For single journey ceremonies up to 2 hours attendance is included.
Can the wedding car make a second trip for the bridesmaids? - We do offer this service, but we do not recommend it if the transfer will take more than 5 to 10 minutes in each direction.
Will the wedding car be used for other weddings on the day? - No.
Are the wedding cars available any day of the week? - Yes.
Are the cars all your own? - Yes they are, we are not a broker, all the cars are individually owned by the director/s of Cars 4 Weddings, and others being owned by relatives and close friends.
How far in advance should we book the car? - We suggest 18 months for a Saturday and 9 to 12 months for off season and weekdays.
Can we view the cars & how long will you hold them for us? - You are welcome to view the cars by prior appointment or in service & we will hold the car for 7 days to receive your deposit and completed booking form.
What if the wedding car breaks down? - If it is before the day, we will inform you and offer an alternative car, if not acceptable we will help you find an alternative supplier. If it were to happen on the day, we have an additional car prepared to take over or we would arrange for a executive hire car to complete the journey.
